NewYour business can now answer other AI assistants

AI that runs the business. Not just the chat.

Oroe is an agentic AI platform for service businesses. Its AI, Pulse, works inside your website, bookings, client list and inbox. Tell it what you need and it checks the facts, plans the steps and does the work. Anything that leaves the building waits for your yes.

The idea

Most software added AI. Oroe is built around it.

A chatbot bolted onto an app can only talk about that app.

Pulse sits underneath the whole business: the diary, the clients, the inbox, the paperwork.

So when you ask it to do something, it can do it.

One AI, wired into everything

Pulse is the engine. The modules are its hands.

Each module does one job well. Pulse reads from all of them, acts through them, and hands bigger jobs to Tron’s agents.

PulseYour model

Runs on the AI provider you choose. Uses tools step by step, and says what it did.

What “agentic” means here

From a sentence to work done

Not a script you wrote in advance. Pulse works out the steps each time, from what is true in your business right now.

01 · Understand

It looks before it answers

Pulse checks your real bookings, business details and documents instead of guessing. If a fact isn’t there, it says so.

02 · Plan

It breaks the job down

One request can take several moves: look something up, change a booking, write the message, hand a task on. Pulse chains up to eight tool steps in a single turn.

Multi-stepChooses the tools
03 · Act

It does the work through the modules

Confirms or updates a booking, adds a note for your team, sends an email from your own mailbox, or gives a Tron agent a job to run.

04 · Answer to you

It stays inside your rules

You decide what it may do alone. Everything else waits for your Approve, and every action shows up as a labelled step.

What it takes off your plate

The work between the work

The jobs that eat an owner’s evening. Each line under a card says what does it.

Every booking followed through

A confirmation when someone books, a reminder before they come, a thank-you after, and a morning brief of your day.

Pulse automations: confirmation, reminder, thank-you and a daily owner brief, sent through your Relay mailbox.

Agents that do the job

Answer enquiries after hours, work the inbox, research a prospect, run a campaign, chase an unpaid invoice.

Tron’s seven agent kinds: telecaller, email, chat, research, marketing, finance and business. Approve-first by default for anything outbound.

Found by the next kind of customer

People are starting to ask AI assistants to find and book things for them. Your business can answer them directly.

The Business agent gives your business a public handle over REST, MCP and A2A: services, free slots, booking, quote and callback requests.

It knows your answers

Prices, policies, the staff handbook. Pulse answers from them and shows the page, so it never makes up a rule.

Cited answers with a coverage line, scanned pages read with OCR, documents up to 2,000 pages.

Autonomy you control

Powerful by design. Safe by default.

Off until you turn it on.

Pulse can look things up from day one. It changes nothing until you switch on automations.

You decide what needs your yes.

In chat, actions wait for an Approve button by default. Automations can send on their own or ask you first, and Tron agents start on approve-first.

You see what it did.

Every action shows as a labelled step in the conversation, and changes are written to an audit log.

Your model, your bill.

Connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or another provider on your own account. We don’t resell AI usage.

Fair questions

What owners ask us first

Will it do things without asking me?

Only what you allow. Until you switch on automations in Pulse settings, it can read and suggest but not change anything. After that, an action Pulse proposes in chat waits for you to approve it unless you said that kind may run on its own, and each automation is set to “Send automatically” or “Ask me first”.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Pulse is told to look facts up rather than guess, and to say an action happened only when the tool confirms it. Answers from your documents cite the page. And with approval on, a mistake is a draft you fix, not a message a client receives.

What does the AI cost?

Oroe is bring-your-own-key. You connect an account with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or another provider and pay them directly at their rates. To let Pulse take actions, pick a model that supports tool use; Pulse checks this for you.

I’m not technical.

You don’t need to be. You talk to Pulse in plain words. Setup is pasting one API key and filling in your business details, and every module has a step-by-step guide in our help centre.

Do I have to move everything to Oroe?

No. Start with the module that hurts most and add the rest later. Pulse works with whatever you have connected, and you can bring your client list into Nest from a CSV and take it out again any time.

Is everything finished?

No, and we would rather say so. Oroe is in early access with its first businesses. The phone agent needs your own telephony account, and automations send email only once you connect a mailbox in Relay. We add to what the AI can do every few weeks; see what’s new.

Getting started

From sign-up to your first delegated job

Create your account

Enter your invitation code and confirm your email. One account opens every module.

Give Pulse a brain and a business

Paste an API key from your AI provider, add your services and hours in Cue, and connect your mailbox in Relay.

Hand over the first job

Ask Pulse to check tomorrow’s bookings, or switch on confirmations and reminders. Approve the first few, then decide what it may do alone.

More questions

Who is Oroe for?

Service businesses that live on bookings and enquiries: clinics and practices, salons and studios, agencies and consultancies. See how each one uses it.

How is Pulse different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT talks. Pulse works inside your business systems, so it can check your actual diary, change a booking, write to a client from your own mailbox and hand a task to an agent. It can run on the same models; the difference is what it is connected to.

What is the Business agent?

Your business’s own agent, reachable by other AI assistants. They can ask about your services, check free slots and request a booking, quote or callback, and you review bookings before they are confirmed.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Create a workspace for each business or brand, each with its own team and its own AI settings.

How do I get an invitation code?

Oroe is in early access. Write to us with a line about your business and we’ll send one.
